EXAMPLE ONLY - NOT FOR USE CURRENTLY - Refer/triage straight to the hospital spinal surgical service if:
The patient is known to a spinal surgeon and referral is to them
The patient has major motor weakness (3/5 or under MRC)
The patient was recently lost to follow up
The patient has Deformity: Scoliosis - Adolescent or young adult or Adult with kyphosis (triage to Royal London)
Yes - any of the above apply (refer to hospital spinal surgical service)
No - none apply (continue to community MSK assessment)
